OA Meetings

OA members meet to share their experiences of how they have recovered from their eating disorder eg overeating, under-eating, bulimia; their food obsession and/or obsession with body size by working the 12 step program of Overeaters Anonymous.

Meetings generally last for an hour and are led by OA members.

There are no registration forms to fill out or any fees to pay.  Existing members contribute to the cost of rent, literature and some public information costs.  We are a self supporting, not for profit organisation.
